Town house just 10 mins walk to the town of Quesada, with bars, restaurants,
newsagents, supermarkets and petrol station.
Local attractions include the beach at Guadamar (10 mins drive),
an Aqua Park (summer only), numerous golf courses, and the nearby
towns of Alicante, Elche, and Torrevieja.
The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), a well equipped bathroom,
downstairs shower room and WC. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer,
microwave, full size oven and washing machine. There is a radio/CD
player and TV playing DVD's in the lounge.
Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and living room.
A communal pool and garden area are at the centre of the development
with access from the rear of the house.
All bed linen and towels are provided, together with a Welcome Pack
if required.
To assist you during your stay, there is a detailed information file
in the house. Sorry no pets are allowed. Car spaces are available
on the roadside by the house. We allow smoking but insist that is
confined to the front terrace only.
