and is surrounded by countryside.
The apartment
is part of the farmhouse, built in the 14th Century. The story
goes that it was the house of the family of Beatrice Portinari.
It is located in the beautiful countryside near Florence, about
19 kms from the city. The apartment is situated in a quiet area
where you can admire the unique landscape - an ideal place for
a relaxing holiday.
It is a very
quiet and magical place. You can hear the sound of birds and experience
the perfume of flowers. There is no swimming pool but you can
find a big one in the nearby town of Pontassieve (5 km, 10 minutes
by car). You can practice horse riding in Vallebona (about 10
minutes by car) and you can go for walks everywhere. The owners
produce olive oil and wine would be happy to offer it to you.
