Stunning views across the valley to Uzes and Avignon, surrounded by chestnut and cherry trees. Hiking and cycling on your doorstep. Visit the many hidden away hamlets with Roman lavoirs. Banne, Naves and Courry a few kilometres walk. Hill-top chapels, castles, waterfalls and lakes. Local beach is just 15 mins with access for canoe hire, climbing, canyoning etc. 30 mins by car to Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardeche gorge. Riding, crocodile farm, Bambouserai and bull fighting at the Arena in Nimes.

The house can be separated into two floors. Ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: comprises large open-plan living room and farmhouse kitchen with open fire place, Roman floor tiles and original french furniture including a grandfather clock. 1 double bedroom with Armoir, built-in wardrobe and Roman floor tiles, bathroom with shower and toilet. First floor:- landing with Roman floor tiles, Bedroom 2 with exposed beams, open ceiling into roof, double bed and sofa bed. Sleeping 2 adults and 1/2 children. Armchairs, travel wardrobe and linen storage. Bedroom 3 with double bed and Z bed, large mirrored Armoir, armchairs. Bathroom with shower and toilet. All windows are shuttered and fans are supplied. Deposits taken through UK bank account. Full balance required 6 weeks before date of arrival. Nearest airports Nimes and Avignon. TGV to Valence then hire a car.
