I have property I would like to rent out. How do I apply to be listed?

You have a choice of 2 options.
Both options give potential clients 3 easy ways to get in touch with you - by email, by phone or in writing to your postal address. They also include a direct link to click straight to your own website.

Option 1 is an Enhanced listing like this - clicking here opens a new browser window.

Enhanced listings consist of a directory entry at the top end of the listings for each location.
You also get a full page feature to describe your property with up to 5 photo's and links for potential clients to email you directly or click on a link to your website. If you don't have a website click here. Once someone makes contact with you you can discuss availability and rental charges, which the client pays to you directly.

Option 2 is a basic listing like this - clicking here opens a new browser window.

Basic listings have an entry in the directory, but are listed lower than an enhanced listing under each location.
Your listing is written by you and may contain up to 6 lines of text. You don't get any photo's but there are links for potential clients to email you directly or click on a link to your website. If you don't have a website click here. Once someone makes contact with you you can discuss availability and rental charges, which the client pays to you directly.

How much will it Cost me?
An Enhanced Listing will cost you € 30 Euro's a year. (£20).
An Basic Listing will cost you € 15 Euro's a year. (£10).

What do I get for my money?
You get an entry in the Euro Rental listing directory, whichever option you choose.
You get email links - a customer clicks on the link to contact you directly for more information or to book.
Both options give you the chance to publish your contact phone number and postal address for enquiries.
The advantage of an Enha
nced Listing is a photo entry in the directory and a full page feature to help you "sell" your offer.
You can benefit from our high volumes of visitors specifically looking for property to rent in Europe and the UK.
You will get enquiries from independent, higher-income travellers who are well practiced in booking holidays via The Internet.

How can I pay?
We insist on full payment of your annual fee prior to your listing going live.
We accept payment by Cheque or Money Order
(in £'s sterling or €'s euro's) posted to this address with your application.
Cheques are payable to Square ONE. We also accept payment by Paypal or Western Union - find out more.
We don't provide online transaction payments via credit cards, which is how we keep our charges to you so low.

I already have a website for my property. How can Euro-Rental.co.uk help?
You can sign up to either Option 1 or 2 and we will include links to your website as part of the package.
This also has the advantage for you to achieve higher page rank
ing in search engines such as Google.
If you put a link to us on your home page we may agree to a reciprocal linking arrangement and will provide a free Basic Listing for you on euro-rental.co.uk as long as you keep a link pointing to us. more info

You can use your Euro-Rental Enhanced feature page as your home page.

What if I'm not happy with the finished article?
We provide a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your entries we will make a full refund (minus a small admin charge). We will do everything we can to make it "right" for you. But remember that fundamental design and navigation style must be in keeping with the feel of the Euro-Rental web site. You must tell us within 14 days of the pages being LIVE if you are not happy with it. After that, we may have to charge you for amendments.

Can I have my money back?
We are unable to refund any money, for any reasons, once the 14 day approval term has finished.

I have a number of properties - can I include them all?
YES - see our Scale of Charges. Each UNIT counts as one property. So if you have a complex, each unit that you require a feature for is treated separately. But if you want ONE directory entry to cover your complex please apply as normal for either option 1 or 2 and ensure that your description is appropriate to inform clients that the property is part of a chain of properties or a complex.

You don't cover my Country. Would you accept me?
We can include applications from any country - the only restriction that it must be a European Country or in the UK or Ireland.

Will Euro-Rental protect me if a customer lets me down - fails to pay their rental fee or does not turn up etc.?
Euro-Rental is purely a mechanism to introduce potential customers to property owners, and as such our contract is only with fully paid-up property owners. We have no responsibility at all about anything that occurs once you have communicated with a "customer" who found you at this web site.

I'm selling my property. Can you remove me from your listing?
You can pass the listing on with the sale of your property - let us know if this happens. Advertise your Property for Sale FREE here. If you want to be removed just email us. However, we cannot refund any portions of your annual fee.

What about the small print - is there a catch or will I have to pay any more than the annual fee?
There is no catch. We will only ask you to pay more if you request major changes to your entry after the 14 day approval period. Often we will not make any additional charge for changes. We want to continue to offer property owners superb value for money. Before you sign up you should read our Terms and Conditions. Don't worry - they're not to wordy.
