Small Products – Standard Courier Delivery
For small products standard delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally from 9am to 5pm, and we aim to get your purchase to you within 3 working days if you order before 12.00pm or 4 days for all orders after 12.00 pm. For extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter please allow 4-7 working days.

Tracking Your Order
If your order is being delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your Order Confirmation email. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail you will be unable to track the delivery but should expect your order in the post within the next few days after your order is placed.

Large Products - Our Home Delivery Service
Delivery is 7 days a week, usually from 8am to 8pm and we aim to get your purchase to you within 4 working days. You will be allocated a 4 hour delivery time window, which can be obtained after 9pm the night before your delivery is due. To retrieve this you will need your delivery order reference number, which we email to you. All you need to do is go to http://support.thetechguys.com/pdt and key in your reference number. Alternatively, you can call our automated home delivery line on 0844 561 7000. It is also very important to give two good contact numbers as our drivers may contact you ½ hour before the delivery is due to take place.
