New password rules for increased security

My email has been suspended

All my emails have disappeared
Saved messages are deleted after 60 days of inactivity. Normally once this has happened your deleted emails cannot be recovered. If your email address is important to you you should consider upgrading to a Mail Plus account, which has no 60 day limitation. More Help HERE >>>

When you signed up you will have been asked to supply a secret question and answer. You will be asked to give the answer you created. Request your password reminder here >>>

I'm not receiving all my emails
Your email account has a spam filter. Check in your "spam" folder to ensure that there are no genuine emails that have been trapped as spam. Use the "options" to allow or disallow senders.

How can I get rid of the adverts?
Email interface includes limited, non-intrusive advertisements. This helps to pay for the free email service. When you upgrade to "Mail Plus" there are NO Adverts. Upgrade your email account here >>>

Email account suspension
Reasons for locking of the account could be due to being reported by several people from an outbound message, your outbound message contained something that our filters caught as spam, or there was suspicious activity on the account observed by our operations team. These are only but a few possibilities. Suspensions are normally put in place after a violation of terms and conditions, to prevent abuse of the service etc. To ask for a suspended account to be reviewed and unlocked please raise a support call. There is a charge for this service.
